Doug Nowak, MD
I have always led a very active lifestyle. I have completed 13 marathons and 7 Ironman Triathlons including the Hawaii Ironman World Championships in 2012. I enjoy treating patients with similar active lifestyles and athletic interests. My athletic endeavors have been highlighted in the Daily Herald.
Being involved in various sports throughout my life, I understand the athletic mentality and strive to get my patients back to the field as soon as possible. As a sports medicine fellowship trained orthopaedic surgeon, I have received extra training in the field of sports medicine and am the first orthopaedic surgeon in Everett who has been trained to perform arthroscopic surgery of the hip. I am dedicated to continue the outstanding tradition of excellence at Everett Bone & Joint and to ensure that the orthopedic care received here is second to none.
